Atty. Annie Joy is a Philippine-licensed attorney and Junior Partner at Ibarra-Sagay, Cuarteros and Associates Law Office in Baguio City. Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines — Baguio-Benguet Chapter, she maintains an active litigation practice in civil, criminal, labor, and taxation law, appearing before trial courts and in appellate proceedings before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. She is also a Part-time Contractual Instructor at the University of the Cordilleras — College of Criminal Justice Education (UC-CCJE), where her dual engagement in litigation and academe allows her to bring real-world legal insight into the classroom.
