Atty Mon is an experienced labor lawyer. He has provided legal advise and representation to employees, labor unions, and employers, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises on legal issues pertaining to Labor law and social legislation. Apart from his experience in labor law, Atty. Mon also has experience on other legal issues such as inheritance disputes, administrative proceedings, criminal complaints, as well as MSME compliance, registration, and regulatory issues.

2021 - 2025As Deputy Team Leader and Legal Consultant, Atty. Mon provided technical advice to legal and regulatory matters. In particular, he provided technical inputs to draft bills, implementing rules, administrative orders, and local ordinances and represented the project in high level discussions with agencies like DTI, SEC, BSP, Senate of the Philippines among others. He also reviewed contracts, grant agreements, MOUs, and other legal instruments.
