Atty. Danica specializes in Corporate and Special Projects, Tax and Estate Planning, and E-Commerce and Technology. She has been involved in strategic acquisitions, infrastructure and energy projects, and large-scale financing transactions. Her experience includes advising on the acquisition of a regulated entity, supporting multi-billion peso financing and project development arrangements, and assisting proponents in public-private partnership projects. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law. She was recognized as an Excellent Passer in the 2020/2021 Philippine Bar Examinations. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines where she graduated magna cum laude and batch valedictorian. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the same school where she graduated magna cum laude.
