My work includes tax advisory on day‑to‑day and transaction‑specific matters, representation in BIR audits and protests, business registrations, and securing tax clearances and certifications from the BIR and other government agencies. I also handle corporate structuring and estate planning matters. In addition, I assist private individuals in property transfers, including the drafting of deeds of absolute sale and extrajudicial settlements, settlement of capital gains and estate taxes, and securing electronic Certificates Authorizing Registration (eCAR).
