Jovan is a Lawyer, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Bookkeeper with over a decade of experience in taxation and finance across the public and private sectors. His practice spans taxation law, corporate law, civil law, land and property disputes, civil registry matters, family law, estate planning, and the drafting and execution of wills. He currently serves as Tax Head of a top FMCG company in the Philippines and is also a Taxation Law Review Lecturer at one of the country’s oldest law schools. His background includes leading tax audits and controversy work, advising on complex transactions and tax-efficient structuring, representing clients before key government agencies, and conducting tax due diligence for a leading group of hospitals in the Philippines to support risk identification and transaction readiness.
