Atty. Vener has gained a vast experience in the discipline of litigation which comprises of several other fields of law, which include criminal, civil, labor, and land disputes, among others. Through his experience, he also appeared before first and second-level courts, as well as those before appellate courts and having exposure to the Supreme Court. Atty. Vener has also taken bigger roles when he entered the public sector--handling cases before the Office of the Ombudsman, becoming a consultant for a district office of the House of Representatives all the while teaching Criminal Law before a university. In addition, Atty. Vener continues to practice in his private capacity further sharpening his skills through his pleadings, and appearances inside and out of court.
