About:
Atty. Jess is a litigator with more than ten (10) years of combined experience as an attorney and human resources professional. He handles civil, real estate, criminal, corporate, labor, and administrative cases. While in law school, he wrote decisions on appeal and acted as a mediator for real estate and related cases filed before the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC). After passing the Bar, he joined the practice of a big law firm in BGC under its Litigation department. At present, Atty. Jess is a retained lawyer for several companies and handles labor and corporate governance concerns while attending to his litigation work, including pro bono cases. He is currently a postgraduate student in Industrial Relations and a Juris Doctor graduate, both from the University of the Philippines. He is also a professor of human resources and law subjects in undergraduate courses and law school, respectively.

Atty. Jess really helped me regarding my situation. What really stood out to me was how down-to-earth, friendly and approachable he is. Unlike others who may seem distant, he took time to listen. Sobrang helpful ni Attorney and his advices super gumaan ang pakiramdam ko, nakakahinga na kami ng maayos and later makakatulog na kami ng maayos.
