About:
Hi, I’m Atty. Rafael Carlos R. Aquino — a lawyer based in the Bicol Region. I come from a family of lawyers, so the love for the law has always been a big part of who I am. I focus on criminal cases and civil litigation, especially land and property disputes, where I get to help people protect their rights and find fair resolutions. Aside from practicing law, I’m also a law professor, which lets me share what I’ve learned and help shape future members of the legal profession. Whether in the courtroom or the classroom, I value integrity, hard work, and service to others.

2023 - presentI currently practice law at our family law firm based in Daet, Camarines Norte, where I handle a variety of cases involving criminal law, civil litigation, and land and property disputes. Even before becoming a lawyer, I was already actively exposed to legal practice while in law school. I assisted in case research, drafting of pleadings, and client consultations, which allowed me to gain early, hands-on experience in the practical side of the profession.
