Atty. Ventura leads policy coordination and lobbying efforts among national and local agencies to strengthen the implementation of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Law. He oversees the design and rollout of national training programs for youth organizations and youth-serving institutions, and supervises ten NYC Area Offices. He also chairs the NYC Bids and Awards Committee, upholding transparent and compliant procurement processes.
