I am currently a practicing senior lawyer specializing in labor law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. I have assisted clients in navigating sensitive employment matters, managing internal investigations, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and government regulations. I also regularly review and negotiate contracts, advise on business risks, and support companies in their day-to-day operational legal requirements.
