About:

Atty. Jocs is an MCLE lecturer on various topics on property, taxation, negotiable instruments, tech law, and ethics. He is also a subject matter expert of the UP Law Bar Review Institute. He also runs a private, small group bar coaching with a 100% passing rate. He also currently serves as an adviser to the UP Law Bar Operations Commission and was previously the commissioner of the same organization during his student years. He is really good at anticipating bar review questions, being part of the team that created tips for the bar operations.
