Atty. Danica is a Partner at DivinaLaw, where she practices Corporate and Special Projects, Tax and Estate Planning, and E-Commerce and Technology, with significant experience in acquisitions, tax advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and class valedictorian. She was recognized as an Excellent Passer in the 2020/2021 Philippine Bar Examinations. She also holds a degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines Diliman, where she graduated magna cum laude, and has been a Certified Public Accountant for around ten years. Atty. Danica teaches at the University of the Philippines College of Law and the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law. She is likewise a lecturer at Magnificus Juris, where she contributes to the preparation and training of bar candidates. She is the co-author of the Compendious Bar Reviewer on Criminal Law and the Compendious Bar Reviewer on Taxation Law, both published by CentralBooks, with editions from 2023 to 2026.
